I was elected to the Havre de Grace City Council in May of 2015 and I am seeking re-election in the May 4, 2021 municipal elections. I graduated from the 26th Harford Leadership Academy June 9, 2016. I am a 2018 Graduate of the Academy for Excellence in Local Government from the University of Maryland, School of Public Policy.
I am a homeowner, a husband, a father, grandfather and a community volunteer. I was born and raised in Edgemere Sparrows, Maryland and I have lived in Maryland my entire life. I married my high school sweetheart, Deborah, and moved to Dundalk in 1979. It was there our son, Christopher, was born. We moved to Jarrettsville in 1987 to raise our son in a rural environment. My wife and I moved to Havre de Grace in 2012 to enjoy the quiet, historic and scenic lifestyle. I have been married to my wife, Deborah, for 42 years. In addition to our son, Christopher, we have a daughter-in-law, Jessica, and 2 grandchildren, Finley Grace and Hayden Michael.
